• Use recovery agents for harassment or threats
• Threaten customers or their family members
• Demand money without lawful consent

It has come to our notice that certain unauthorized mobile apps using the name “Loan Mitra” are allegedly involved in illegal lending practices, excessive recovery demands, harassment, blackmail, and data misuse. These entities are completely unrelated to Loan-Mitra.com.

Any person who has downloaded such apps or faced issues is advised to immediately report the matter to the Cyber Crime Portal (www.cybercrime.gov.in) or local police authorities.

Loan-Mitra.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, harassment, or legal issue arising from the use of such unauthorized apps.
